Job Description
To support and develop residential students to ensure welfare and pastoral support is monitored against national care standards for students in accommodation. Supporting the residential management team in monitoring student welfare and providing support for ‘at risk’ students as required. To assist in the day to day operations of the University of Hertfordshire Campus including the cleaning and hygiene of the block. To support and advise students by helping them meet the range of personal, social and emotional needs ensuring student retention and success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
