We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a fast-paced and growing Residential Conveyancing team within a modern and ambitious law firm.
The Role
Working in a dynamic and client-focused environment, the Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll be responsible for progressing matters from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance with SRA / CLC regulations and delivering a high standard of client service. You’ll also liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties, draft legal documentation, and support a small team of legal assistants, contributing to overall team performance in a target-driven environment.
