JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer PQE REQUIRED: 2 LOCATION: West Midlands Responsibilities: • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. • Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. • Conducting property searches and title investigations. • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts. • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process. • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients. • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
