Our Resident Services Specialists are committed to providing exceptional customer service to all residents and fostering a company culture of a Great Place to Be. They thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and play a critical role in the successful operation of our multi residential Premium properties. This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the time a resident’s lease application is approved to when the resident moves out.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Manages concierge style services for residents
- Monitors move in dates and ensures that all suites meet our 100% Perfect Guarantee
- Communicates with future residents in advance to facilitate a stress‑free move‑in
- Follows up with all new residents within 2 days to ensure satisfaction
- Responds to all resident issues/disputes and ensures resolution
