Resident Services Specialist – Morguard
Resident Services Specialists are committed to providing exceptional customer service to all residents and fostering a company culture of a Great Place to Be. They thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and play a critical role in the successful operation of our multi‑residential Premium properties. This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the time a resident’s lease application is approved to when the resident moves out.
Responsibilities
- Manage concierge style services for residents.
- Monitor move‑in dates and ensure that all suites meet our 100% Perfect Guarantee.
- Communicate with future residents in advance to facilitate a stress‑free move‑in.
- Follow up with all new residents within 2 days to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to all resident issues/disputes and ensure resolution.
