The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking to fill a Residential Supervisor II position. The Residential Supervisor II is responsible for supervising two residential homes located in Middleboro & East Freetown. * _Duties and Responsibilities:_* (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive.) * Supervision, training, evaluation, and scheduling of approximately 25 direct support staff. * Implement consumer individual service plans (ISP). * Provide direct support as needed to enhance the fulfillment of the consumer’s human rights, individual control, and community membership. * Monitor residential and consumer funds. * Oversee consumer health coordination with nursing supports. * Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Department regulations, policies, and procedures. * _Required Qualifications:_*_ _ * Knowledge of the fundamental types and barriers of mental health and developmental/intellectual disabilities * Knowledge of principles and practices of intervie...
