Job Summary
Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Ferngate Children’s Home – Portishead
Hours: 40.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,525 - £31,375 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Earnings: £31,150 - £35,000 (based on 7 sleep-ins per month)
Shift Pattern: 1 shift on, 2 shifts off
Annual Leave Entitlement: 243 hours
Desirable Criteria: Driving License*
