Residential Support Worker
Location: Romsey, Hampshire, UK, SO51 8
Contract type: Full Time/Permanent (Full-time, permanent)
Salary: £33,349.58 with sleep in shifts (Unqualified); £35,935.36 with sleep in shifts (Qualified Level 3/4)
Hours: Shift pattern on rotation; 3-week rolling rota comprising 7 24‑hour shifts (09:00-09:30 the following day), including sleep‑ins; 1 weekend off in every 3.

Main Duties and Requirements
- Experience of working with children and young people and understanding of the issues faced by those in care.
