Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor – Resin is responsible for supervising resin manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and as per quality standards. The role involves manpower supervision, process control, coordination with QC, and adherence to SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day resin production activities (reactors, mixers, utilities)
Ensure production as per batch sheets, SOPs, and production plan
Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and reaction time
Allocate work to operators and ensure proper shift management
Ensure compliance with safety norms, PPE usage, and statutory requirements
