The Resort Manager leads and drives overall profitability by optimizing operations in
accommodations, food and beverage, guest services, maintenance, and marketing.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in hotel or resort management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Other:
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality systems, cost control, and guest relation management
