Title: Resource Assistant
Pay Rate: $22/HR on W2
Location: 6213 W CR-112, Midland TX
The Resource Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Resource Coordinators for Assets, M&S and/or Products. The Resource Assistant identifies possible future resource needs based on upcoming jobs reflected in the business systems, aggregates demand and optimizes material requirements planning to meet the business needs while minimizing inventory levels. * Track job start/end dates in the planning system of record (FDP, IBP) to coordinate scheduling and mobilization to/from and between rigs and service delivery locations.
* Support data entry to business systems, communicate and initiate relevant notifications to all involved parties.
* Liaise with Resource Coordinators and other functions to facilitate the equipment movements and monitor lead time.
