Responsibilities You will: Serve as senior budget officer, lead long-term budget strategy, shape policies on budget formulation and strategic planning, and establish plans and courses of action. Exercise independent oversight of national program level budgets, interpret guidelines, and prepare briefing materials for the Office of Management and Budget and Congressional budget hearings.
