The Role
Reporting to P&C Manager and supporting workforce planning and scheduling for hourly teams across Australian Retail Stores, the Guest Education Centre, and Distribution Centre. Partners with Workforce Planning, People & Culture, and operational leaders to create efficient schedules that support employee experience, operational needs, and compliance requirements.
They are looking for someone for a FTC for 11 Months a 38-hour week with 4 days in office & 1 from home per week.
