About the job Resource Support Officer (Clementi)
- To provide teaching and learning support such as preparation of resources/materials for Science laboratory activities, enrichment programmes and competitions including the cleaning up after laboratory lessons and when required;
- To label and maintain records of existing and new Science teaching and learning materials and laboratory apparatus;
- To ensure laboratory equipment, materials and specimens are in good working conditions. Conduct stock-take at least twice a year.
- Assist to update the stock record and breakage record to initiate ordering of replacements, when necessary;
- To ensure proper disposal of waste materials such as sharp waste objects and chemicals;
- To carry out housekeeping of the Science laboratories and Science storerooms and to ensure that they are clean and conducive for lessons;
