Avara Foods is looking for a highly competent and motivated Resourcing Officer to join our team based at our Hereford site, to cover a period of maternity leave on a fixed term basis (9-12 months). You will predominantly be responsible for recruitment across our Agricultural and Central functions.
This role is 40 hours across Monday to Friday and predominantly site-based, with a possibility for 1 day to work from home.
Purpose of the Role
The Resourcing Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while building strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs. You will lead recruitment initiatives, coach hiring managers, and champion internal mobility and succession planning.
