Field Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Madrid, Spain. Weekly on-site presence, with travel throughout northern Spain. Fridays designated for remote work.
Role Overview
Lead and develop a sales team of approximately 7 employees across Northern Spain. Drive revenue and margin targets and maximize profits in the sales region. Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, promote clear communication and support the implementation of the company’s core values.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement the company’s sales strategy into concrete operational activities to achieve targets in revenue, customer satisfaction, margin, and profit growth, and to support sales initiatives
- Develop individual regional and dealer plans together with field sales representatives
