For our valued client, a successful industrial company in the Zurich metropolitan area, we are seeking a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset as Production Manager / Plant Manager.
In this key role, you will take responsibility for a production site with around 40 employees and actively shape the further development of processes, organisation, and corporate culture.
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for production planning and on-time manufacturing
- Leadership, development, and deployment planning of around 40 employees, including 4-5 foremen
- Ensuring quality, productivity, and occupational safety
- Project management for the design and implementation of a new site near the current plant
- Responsibility for maintenance, servicing, and availability of the machinery
