Work in Geneva as an IT Data Service Manager within EFG International's DataOps team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational activities for data integration services under the DataOps Team Manager, ensuring effective change management, quality assurance, SLA monitoring, and comprehensive SOP documentation.
- Monitor and track the smooth operation of critical business processes, acting as the primary contact for SLA‑and procedure‑related topics.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve documentation and operational procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with internal standards, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate closely with IT, production support, and business teams to strengthen governance around data integration processes and ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and consistently applied.
