  • Define strategic planning to drive for the business of Corporate Finance with the objective to maximize the Company interest and investment returns, including but not limited to IPOs, merger & acquisition, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities
  • Manage the relevant activities to ensure the compliance with SFC requirements, regulations and guidelines
  • Build excellent partner relationship with stakeholders and relevant authorities to effective the implementation of investment projects
