Assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant Supervising FOH staff such as captains, servers, bartenders, and hosts Ensuring high standards of customer service and hospitality Handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally Assisting in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service Monitoring cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards Supporting inventory control, ordering, and stock management Assisting in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs Opening and closing of the restaurant when required Ensuring proper POS and cash handling procedures Supporting management in promotional activities and events
