This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced food & beverage leader who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and enjoys building strong teams, driving standards, and delivering standout guest experiences.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant alongside Marmalade's integrated Wine & Bottle Bar, leading from the floor, developing your team, and helping drive the commercial success of one of Skye's busiest and most exciting dining venues.
