We are launching an exciting new restaurant and bar concept in the heart of Circular Road. The venue will feature premium food, craft beverages, live sports screenings, live music, DJs, and entertainment experiences. We are looking for a passionate and hands‑on Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence.

Operations Management

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant and bar operations.
• Ensure smooth service during lunch, dinner, happy hour, sports events, and live entertainment nights.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food hygiene, workplace safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

Team Leadership
