Babylonstoren, located just outside Franschhoek, is looking for an energetic and professional Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team. This fast-paced restaurant caters to both individual guests and group bookings, requiring a dynamic and service-driven leader to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements: A completed National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12). Minimum two years of experience in a floor management or similar leadership role within a restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, with an emphasis on high-volume service. Excellent client service skills and the ability to handle guest feedback professionally. Fluency in Afrikaans and English. Ability to work hospitality hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Own transport is preferred.
