We are seeking a visionary, high-energy General Manager to spearhead the pre‑opening phase and lead the ongoing operations of the flagship restaurant and all hotel‑contracted food & beverage events at the newly‑developed boutique hotel in Mouille Point, Cape Town.
Role
As the General Manager you will hold the keys to the entire F&B footprint of the property, combining sharp restaurant operational acumen with exceptional event execution to drive profitability and ensure flawless guest experiences from casual breakfast to high‑end contracted events.
