General Manager High-Volume Quick Service
Our high-volume, people-first quick service restaurant is looking for a General Manager who leads with purpose, develops talent relentlessly, and holds the standard on operations and guest experience every single shift.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in quick service or fast casual (required)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- A strong track record of developing people and building high-performing teams
- Solid command of back of the house operations
- ServSafe Certified or ability to obtain certification within first 60 days
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and composed when priorities shift fast
