The Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s all-day dining outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards in line with Four Seasons’ luxury brand. This role leads, trains, and inspires the restaurant team to deliver memorable dining experiences while maximizing revenue, maintaining cost efficiency, and upholding the highest levels of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Manage and oversee all day‑to‑day operations of the all‑day dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods.
