Key Responsibilities
- Organise and control the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff, including rostering and performance management
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and overall service coordination
- Monitor operational costs, including labour and stock usage
