The Venue
Bar Totti's is your CBD Italian that’s all about sharing good food, a few laughs and a drink or two with friends and colleagues. Headed up by Mike Eggert, Totti’s menu is made for sharing. Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Bar Tottis is open from 12pm until late so our guests are welcome at any time!
The Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join Bar Totti’s as the Restaurant Manager.
We are looking for someone driven and motivated, focused on driving business performance, who can build, develop and lead a high performing team, and most importantly someone who has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences that are second to none.
As a Restaurant Manager you will be expected to constantly look for ways to improve, bringing ideas and initiatives to the table as well as motivating and driving the venue to success.
