Job Description
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification (AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent) or a minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in a fast-food/retail environment.
- Previous leadership experience within fast-food chains (e.g., McDonald’s, KFC, Jollibee) highly preferred.
- Proven background in managing financials, inventory, profit and loss, and operational standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure, delegate effectively, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fast-food industry (Preferably KFC, Jollibee, and Burger King).
- Bachelor's Degree
- With excellent English communication skills
- Must have Driver's License
