The Restaurant Manager leads the front-of-house team and is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to hospitality. Reporting to the Assistant F&B Director, this role leads supervisors, servers, hosts, bartenders, and bussers while managing daily operations, labor, reservations, beverage execution, and service standards. Working closely with culinary leadership, the Restaurant Manager develops a high-performing team and ensures every guest experience reflects the quality, service, and atmosphere that define Lock 11.
