A prestigious 4-star hotel in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our signature Italian restaurant and banqueting operations.
We are looking for a hands-on hospitality professional with a strong restaurant background who can deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-class dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily restaurant operations (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
• Lead front & back of house teams
• Maintain exceptional service standards and attention to detail
• Manage stock control, food costing and operational budgets
• Support banqueting operations, weddings and selected room service offerings
• Oversee off-site corporate food delivery services
