Responsibilities
- Coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations.
- Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.
- Weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting.
- General administration.
- Taking reservations.
- Troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management or any related courses.
- Must have 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Must know how to do P&L.
- Has leadership and a team player.
