Duties and Responsibilities
KRA 1 Restaurant Operations Management
- Reinforce Standard Operating procedures in store at all times to conform to local and international standard requirements.
- Identifies danger zones, diagnose, and provide direction and coaching.
- Conducts follow up on primary and secondary duties of team members and managers.
- Conduct store self‑OER to detect and address problems immediately.
- Verifies that food safety daily, weekly, and monthly checklists are completed.
- Audit daily cash funds using monitoring forms for proper account of sales, review CCTV for monitoring workflow, and protect assets.
- Ensure safe handling of product through appropriate training.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted on equipment regularly.
