Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and train staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Control costs and optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
