Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day restaurant operations
- Achieve the outlet's KPI
- Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
- Manage and maintain operational records including inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluating sales performance
- Respond and handle customer complaints
- Lead, train and guide team to provide excellent restaurant services
- Well groomed, fluent in English and possess good interpersonal skills
- Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage
- Exceptional leadership skills
