Restaurant Operations Lead — Guest Experience

SAKE LABO PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced candidate to oversee daily restaurant operations at locations like Raffles City Shopping Centre and One Holland Village. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
