He/She is responsible for organizing all activities within the operation with regards to f&B as well as equipment arrangement.
- Recommends promotions and assist in implementing new methods of food & beverage service procedures
- Competent in managing the entire bar operation such as costing and stock ordering
- Attends departmental meetings and briefings as well as other meeting of importance as required.
- Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify the F&B / Banquet Supervisor of potential
dangers - Ensure security incidents and accidents are logged.
