Responsibilities
- Sales Target planning and strategy
- Management and training of Retail sales team
- Scheduling and coaching
- Daily Monitoring of inventory (WOS)
- Supervision of Store Marketing Programs and collateralized, POPs, etc
- CRM Customer Relations Marketing
- Audit: Cash, Inventory, Operations Procedure
- Crisis Management : Customer complaints, Product issues, warranties, Governmental Requirements, etc
- Dealing with Bank queries for Credit card agreement
- Sell out monitoring.
- Monitor Display/Visibility in stores.
- Disseminate and monitor Marketing Promotions
- Preparation Business Review
- Communication and Coordination with stakeholders: Mall Admin, SEPCO, MD, Logistics, National & Local Government, etc
- Implementing memo’s in store
