Job Description
- Oversee the Store Operations
- Ensure that the assigned store is profitable
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety
- Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback
- Manage workload and ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain excellence standards to meet operational expectations
