- Project future demands for kitchen goods, supplies, and cleaning materials with the help of the kitchen side and cashier side.
- Continually keep track of all required supplies.
- Identify ways to reduce waste, lower expenses, and boost revenues for the store.
- Organize staff's work schedules.
