Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide information on food and beverage items
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests
- Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction
- Handle basic customer requests and report issues to supervisors
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
- Follow service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Support team members and maintain a positive work environment
