Restoration Supervisor – SERVPRO of North Pensacola
As the front‑line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor coordinates, monitors, and performs work activities on projects to fulfil service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform scheduled production processes and ensure quality control.
- Manage customer & client experience, tracking satisfaction via online reviews.
- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
- Document detailed and accurate job files to support the services provided.
- Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
- Communicate with the restoration project manager and office staff regarding project progress and issues.
- Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
- Protect and properly use equipment and materials.
