**Restoration Technician**
**Job Summary**
The **Restoration Technician** is a first responder for property damage in homes and businesses. You’ll help restore buildings and contents affected by water, fire, smoke, mold, storms, and other environmental issues. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and customer‑focused.
Service area: **Northern Suburbs into Southern Wisconsin**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Water mitigation — extraction, drying, dehumidification
+ Fire and smoke cleanup — cleaning and restoring affected areas
+ Mold remediation — microbial cleanup, demolition, debris removal
+ Content handling — packing, moving, and inventorying items
+ Job site support — setup, breakdown, equipment management
+ Emergency response — participate in on‑call rotation
+ Customer service — remain calm, respectful, and reassuring during stressful events
