Join our compassionate healthcare team and help residents maintain their independence and quality of life! We are seeking a dependable and caring Restorative CNA who is passionate about supporting residents through restorative care programs in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. All shifts available.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist residents with restorative nursing programs, mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
+ Support residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
+ Encourage resident participation in activities that promote independence
+ Monitor and document resident progress and report any changes in condition
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while following infection control procedures
+ Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and therapy staff
