Job Description

Retail Leasing Administrator

Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Retail Leasing Administrator. Responsible for all aspects of retail leasing including:

  1. Accurate completion of information and paperwork for tenants.
  2. Drafting all related documents and ensuring compliance.
  3. Ensuring pre-leasing/leasing paperwork is completed and correct.
  4. Tracking paperwork and submitting within allotted timeframes.
  5. FICA document compliance.
  6. Ensuring deposits, fees, and payments are made timeously.
  7. Administration of renewals.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a relevant degree/diploma and at least 5 years direct experience in a similar position as well as an SACSC Certificate, be registered as well as hold an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate). A valid driver’s license is required.
