Job Description
The Head of Retail Banking role will be responsible for the retail business, driving the Bank’s leadership in the retail business market share by building and driving performance of products and services for the consumer segment. This position requires strong collaboration with senior management to strategize sales discipline, service standards and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Driving Profit & Loss and key business drivers including the growth and market share penetration for the consumer products and services including financing, deposits, wealth management and non-funded income (NFI).
- Assist CEO in providing oversight and management operations and function in an advisory capacity to the retail business.
