About the Butcher role
- Requires: experience with breaking down carcasses, portion cuts, trim and prepare to specification.
- Salary guide: $30 to $40 per hour.
- Location: South-eastern suburbs of Victoria.
What the Retail Butcher will do each dayThey are a 7 days a week retail butchery, so weekend work is required on a roster. The roster usually remains set (doesn't change from week to week) and you'll get two days off in a row.
