Buying Manager – Fashion Retail
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Buying Manager to lead our buying function within a fast-paced fashion retail environment. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can shape product direction, drive performance, and inspire a high-performing buying team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall buying strategy aligned to brand vision and business goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Buyers and Assistant Buyers
- Build commercially successful, trend-led product ranges across categories
- Drive sales, margin, and profitability through effective product selection and planning
- Collaborate closely with Merchandise Planning, Design, and Operations teams
