Swapaholic is building a more circular and community-driven approach to fashion through swapping, resale, and conscious consumption.

We’re looking for a Retail & Community Lead who enjoys people, fashion, and creating meaningful in-store experiences. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s excited to be part of a growing sustainability‑focused brand and community.

• Support day‑to‑day store operations and customer experience
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and organisation
• Assist customers, brand partners and the team
• Support community activations and in‑store events
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and community‑driven retail environment

• Have experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, or customer‑facing roles
