Retail Curation Specialist – Contract • Dubai, United Arab Emirates
About the RoleYou’ll work closely with the Curation Team Lead, event producers, and operations team to ensure a seamless vendor journey from onboarding to on‑site delivery.
What You’ll Do- Curate the Retail Mix: Source and select standout vendors that align with the event’s concept, theme, and target audience.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Develop relationships with local boutiques, international brands, and niche concept stores.
- Negotiate & Manage Secure: Negotiate favourable vendor terms, pricing structures, and exclusivity where applicable.
- Deliver Seamless Execution: Oversee vendor set‑up, merchandising flow and on‑site coordination.
- Ensure Compliance: Manage contracts, licensing and regulations for all retail activations.
